• Markofruct contains 2.8g of oligofructose and 0.04g of chamomile dry extract per tablespoon
• Markofruct comes in 200g powder, allowing adjustable dosing and easy administration
• Suggestive dosing is 3 tablespoons, twice a day taken dissolved in 200mL of hot water before breakfast and in the evening before bed.

Medicinal Ingredients:

1 teaspoon (= 3 g) contains: Oligofructose (inulin) 2.80 g, Dry extract (6.1-7.2:1) Chamomile- 0.04 g (Matricaria recutita (L.)) flower

Dosage: 

Adults: 3 teaspoons, twice a day. Dissolve Markofruct® in 200 ml of hot water and drink slowly while still warm before breakfast and in the evening before going to bed.
