Shipping & Delivery
At this time, HEALTH & BODY NUTRITION ships merchandise to locations within Canada through Canada Post expedited, Canpar, UPS, FedEx, Purolator and Dicom, but not to other international locations. We determine which courier works best for each order. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Website passes to the customer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Disclaimer: Please be advised that all liquids in glass containers delivered through Canada Post expedited and any other courier company are not insured and are sent at the risk of the recipient.
**All orders over $89 before applicable taxes ship free of charge through Canada Post expedited. Any orders under $89 dollars before applicable taxes are subject to a flat shipping charge of $9.99 plus applicable taxes anywhere in Canada through Canada Post expedited. Any shipment weighting over 5lb may be subject to additional shipping charges. You will be notified via email after you have placed the order and products have been weighted to ship out.
Orders ship out between 2 - 5 business days from the point of purchase. Customers will receive a shipment notification and tracking number in your inbox as soon as it leaves our Facility. There is no guarantee on delivery time.
****Please note that orders shipped to Yukon, NWT, Nunavut and few remote areas in other provinces are subject to additional shipping fees. Once your order is placed, we will determine if you qualify for any additional shipping fees and reach out to you via email or phone with the amount and see if you would like to proceed with the order. If not, we will issue a full refund no questions asked.
Incorrect address provided:
Health & Body Nutrition Inc., takes all shipping information directly from the information provided from the customers at the time of their orders. The shipping label is directly generated from the shipping information enter by the customer. If the customer has provided us with an incorrect address, postal code or missing information for example: unit number. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges back to us and shipping charges back to the customer with the correct address. We will notify you if a package has been returned back to us because of this issue.
Inventory on Hand:
Please note our website doesn't display real time inventory. There may be cases where something you have ordered may be on back order. In this case we will notify you via email right away after your order has been placed. We will try our best to have your item back in stock asap and ship it out immediately once it becomes available. In rare cases an item may be out of stock from the Manufacturer due to production issues. In this case we will notify you about this and offer a refund back or offer a suitable replacement option.
International
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. HEALTH & BODY NUTRITION is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
