Genestra Ascorbyl-C + Bioflavonoids

Lipid- and water-soluble vitamin C plus citrus bioflavonoids. Includes ascorbyl palmitate, a lipid-soluble form of vitamin C.

Recommended Adult Dose: Take 1 capsule, 3 times daily with meals, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
