Recommended Dose: Adults and Adolescents (12 years and older): Take ten drops two to three times daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Children (1-11 years): Take five drops two to three times daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. To be taken 20 minutes away from food.
